    Ways to BE ACTIVE: 

    • dance to your favourite song
    • go for a walk with your family
    • climb a tree
    • join a new sports club
    • go to the park and play with your friends
    • have a good stretch when you feel a bit tired or stiff
    • go for a bike ride and TAKE NOTICE of the world around you
