Ways to NOTICE:
- notice the people around you
- notice the changing seasons
- think about what your parents do for you
- try a new food and notice how different it tastes
- take notice of what you are thinking - not to be hard on yourself - just to be more aware of how you feel in the moment
When we notice, we learn to appreciate what matters to us.
